Dentsply Sirona Product training
I have produced hundreds of product training videos for Dentsply Sirona, from brief setup guides to 60-minute detailed tutorials. As a teaching company, they use these materials to train both dentists and hygienists in their academies. Videos, along with written materials, are crucial for effectively setting up and using there often highly technical and complicated products.

For this product demonstration of a spray anaesthetic, a day was spent filming at a dental practice in London. The owner and dentist of the practice explained the product and its application. Two versions of the video were produced for the US and EU markets due to differing medical regulations and procedures, which required changes in clothing and methods.

Training videos do not need to be entertaining, but they must be clear and easy to follow, enabling the user to watch and effectively utilise the product. Here is one of a series of videos produced to explain the simple setup and maintenance steps for a descaler.

Dentsply Sirona has developed 3D printing materials and printers, providing a complete digital denture workflow. Over the past few years, I have created several training videos on the products. Here is a detailed guide on the workflow, filmed at the DS Academy in Charlotte.

Animation - Bad Studio
For this project, I spent a week at the DS academy in Charlotte with two doctors, learning various anaesthesia techniques and products. We used DS employees as patients, not sure the quite new what they had volunteered for! But this created an effective training series. The videos have the highest views of any Dentsply Sirona content on YouTube, indicating a strong demand for the training material.
